46 oz. tomato juice
6 oz. tomato paste
4 tbsp. molasses
5 1/2 oz. horseradish
1 tbsp. sea salt
1/2 tbsp. celery salt
3 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire
juice of 1 lemon
fresh black pepper
3 tbsp. mazi piri piri sauce

Suggestions: Mix all ingredients with your favorite vodka. Rim the glass with old bay and lemon and garnish with jumbo shrimp.

One 4 lb. chicken cut across
breast bone and laid out flat. Brush top & bottom of chicken with 1/2 oz. piri piri sauce. Put one pat salted butter under skin at each section of chicken breast. Roast 75 minutes @ 375 degrees. Cut chicken into pieces and finish on char grill for 10 minutes. Serve with french fries or mashed potatos. 90 minutes start to finish.
